Use in your daily self-care and beauty routine: facial massage, meditation, bath ritual. Use in crystal grids, placed on or around the body (in pockets, in your bag etc) or sleep with them in your pillowcase. 

Place them by your bed when you sleep, on your desk during the day, or hold them during meditation.  

Infuse the power of gemstones in water under the full moonlight or sunlight for up to 8 hours. Remove crystals and drink the water or use the water to wash your face. 

Cleansing and recharging your crystals: 

Regularly cleansing and recharging your stones is the only way to restore your crystal to its natural state. 

  • Water is said to neutralize any negative energy stored inside the stone and return it back to the earth. Although natural water sources like a river or the ocean is best, you can also rinse your stone under a tap or soak them in saltwater (sea or rock salt is best).  
  • Use sage to smudge and cleanse. 
  • Set your stone out before nightfall and plan to bring it in before 11 a.m. This will allow your stone to bathe in the light of both the moon and sun. 
  • Place your stone directly on the earth. 
  • Sound healing such as singing bowls or Solfeggio frequencies. 

Programming and activating your crystals: 

Hold your crystal in both hands and think about your intention or goal. You may like to meditate or do some breath-work with your crystal for a few minutes to resonate its energy with yours. You may want to speak your intention aloud or repeat it in your head. The stone then absorbs your intention and activates it.
